During inspection, the mechanic found that the air filter was saturated with engine oil, leading to suspicion of mechanical engine damage. However, standard mechanical checks did not reveal any major component failures in the engine.  <\/p><p>Since the mechanic found no mechanical damage to the engine, he replaced the air filter and returned the vehicle to the customer. After some time, the customer brought the vehicle back, and the air filter was again soaked with engine oil. The oil return hole in the cylinder head cover is too small, causing oil to leak into the air filter housing. <\/p><p><strong>2.  <\/strong> Disconnect the crankshaft ventilation hose (Figure 1) and enlarge the oil return hole to 8mm (Figure 2). Be careful not to let any metal particles fall into the engine. Reinstall the ventilation hose, check the engine air filter, and replace the engine oil if necessary. Also clean the air filter housing and install a new filter.
