The EGR valve cable plug is not properly installed, causing connection interruptions and consequently improper functioning of the EGR valve. <\/p><p><strong>2.  <\/strong> Install a modified new EGR valve. Adjust it by removing the insulation tape from the wiring (figure 1). Leave the wire with the plug longer to compensate for engine vibrations. Place the insulation tape as shown (figure 2).
