Disconnect the lock connector. Insert the key and turn it to the ACC position (figure 1), then simultaneously press and hold the lock pin (figure 2) and remove the lock cylinder (figure 3). Apply a thin layer of low-temperature lithium grease to the cylinder and key sensor (figure 4).
