1. The described problem affects all Yeti models up to 03/10 with xenon headlights. First, we recommend that personnel exercise caution when working on high-voltage components and follow all safety guidelines. If all voltage and ground connections are correct, we suspect that the fault is due to a failure of the ignition unit.
2. Before each repair, first check that the power supply is disconnected. Install a new headlight ignition unit on the headlight assembly (Figure 2.1). Clear the fault codes and check the operation of the headlight to confirm that the fault has been rectified.
