MOVON systems recognize situations that could lead to an accident and timely warn the driver to prevent a collision or mitigate its consequences. The system consists of a camera mounted on the inside of the vehicle’s front windshield, an interface for vehicle connection, and a screen for visual warnings.

The system also has a video recording function.

MOVON System Features

  • Lane Departure Warning – warns the driver with audio and on-screen alerts about unintentionally crossing a lane line.
  • Safety Distance Warning – assists the driver in maintaining a sufficient safety distance with audio and on-screen alerts.
  • Forward Collision Warning – timely warns the driver of a potential collision with the vehicle ahead. The warning can thus prevent a collision or mitigate its consequences. It also includes motorcycle detection.
  • Pedestrian Collision Warning – warns drivers of a potential pedestrian collision during the day with audio and on-screen alerts. It also includes cyclist detection.
  • Speed Limit Sign Recognition – recognizes speed limit signs (including electronic and supplementary signs). This function is linked to the vehicle tracking system.
  • Lead Vehicle Departure Alert – informs the driver that the vehicle ahead has started to move.
  • Digital Video Recorder – records scenes before and after an accident and stores data on a micro SD card.
