Main features of the portal
- Potential buyers on the portal offer a specific value for the vehicle without knowing the amount of other bids.

- The highest bidder must guarantee the offered value for 21 days from the day the offer closes. During this time, the insurance company/vehicle owner must decide whether to accept the offer or not.
