Electric vehicles are the inevitable future of transportation worldwide. Severe CO2 pollution and the scarcity of fossil fuels are important topics for telematics and fleet managers. In addition to the environmental aspect, fleet management is a major expense for a company. The good news is that electric vehicles (EVs) offer a solution to all of the above problems.
A survey by GEOTAB showed that 89% of all companies with a fleet of 25 or more vehicles will completely replace all vehicles with electric ones by 2030.
More electric vehicles on the road will help improve air quality in large cities, leading to a number of health benefits and a significant reduction in harmful emissions into the ozone layer. This includes combating rising fuel prices and reducing fleet operating and maintenance costs. After reviewing customer reviews of electric company vehicles, it turned out that they were much more satisfied, as they were extremely satisfied with the almost silent engine of an electric vehicle.
But despite the many advantages of electric vehicles, the complete transition from fossil fuels to electric propulsion will take several years, if not decades.
