AZT – More Realistic Paint Material Calculations
Audatex enables the use of the standardized AZT standard, which is recognized in the European area and determines paint material consumption based on damage surface area. Svetkom took over the AZT adaptation process from a competing tool in 2025, with the goal of better connection to the actual situation in the Slovenian market.
AZT updates will be performed twice yearly, taking into account:
Surface area of damaged parts
Local price of paint material from specific manufacturers
This means more realistic calculations and better preparation for billing with customers or insurance companies.
Insurance Company Integration – Triglav Example
Audatex is already integrated into the Triglav insurance company system, which means that contractual partners can resolve cases faster and more efficiently. Although changes have occurred in the system and processes over time, all settings in Audatex have been appropriately adjusted.
