A customer brought a Škoda Roomster 1.2 to the workshop with engine starting difficulties and an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL). Additionally, error codes related to the throttle pedal control unit are visible in the computer.
The customer reported noise in the front of a Škoda Fabia, year 2010, which occurs when turning the steering wheel and driving on poor road surfaces. In the workshop, they were unable to replicate the noise that was detected during the test drive. All components were checked, but the issue persists.
The vehicle exhibits squeaking or noise coming from the front suspension when driving on poor road surfaces. The squeaking was audible during a road test, but the cause was not found in the workshop.
When the headlight switch is in the “AUTO” position, the left headlight does not work. Fault code 00979 is stored in the memory. The technician performed some basic checks of the electrical wiring and replaced the left bulb with the bulb from the right headlight, but the fault persists.
