Triglav Insurance has published updated guidelines for using the Audatex estimation tool integrated into their Cenilka application. The new guidelines are designed to streamline automotive damage assessment procedures and enable users to estimate vehicle repair costs more quickly and accurately.
Cenilka, Triglav Insurance’s digital tool, combined with Audatex technology, enables automated damage assessment and direct communication between the insurance company and repair shops.
The updated guidelines also include enhanced estimation management functionalities that further simplify user operations.
